Job Description:
CADDi is seeking an experienced Event Marketer with a background in vertical SaaS to join our dynamic Marketing team. This position will play a pivotal role in orchestrating engaging and impactful events to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer relationships. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, executing, and evaluating various events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, trade shows, and user summits.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
Event Execution: Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, registration, promotional materials, and onsite coordination.
Content Development: Collaborate with marketing teammates to develop compelling event content, including presentations, scripts, agendas, and collateral materials, tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
Promotion and Outreach: Collaborate with digital marketing and demand generation partners to Implement multi-channel promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement, utilizing email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and partnership collaborations.
Speaker and Sponsor Management: Secure high-quality speakers, sponsors, and partners to enhance the value proposition of events, while nurturing mutually beneficial relationships.
Audience Engagement: Design interactive and immersive event experiences to captivate attendees, encourage participation, and facilitate networking opportunities.
Lead Generation and Nurturing: Implement lead capture mechanisms and follow-up strategies while working with the sales team to maximize lead generation and conversion opportunities from events.
Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of events, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future event strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
At least 2-5 years experience in event marketing or field marketing roles, preferably in the manufacturing vertical
A history of producing or supporting major industry events and trade shows for a startup or high growth SaaS company.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff in a collaborative team environment.
Experience crafting client or networking events while supporting a field sales team to drive pipeline and close new business.
Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions that drive growth and profitability.
Be familiar with SaaS martech stack, including
A keen intellect, capable of advanced analytical and critical thinking, able to solve problems, and drive complex decision making.
