Position Overview:

 

The Senior Manager of Pricing and Promotions will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing pricing and promotional strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. By effectively managing a team of pricing and promotion associates and leading among cross-functional partners in Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Stores, this role will drive focus on the consumer's needs.

What You’ll Do:

Pricing and Promotions:Leads the cross-functional promotional planning and execution of seasonal pricing strategies across all channels in partnership with Merchandising, Inventory, Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, and Product Design teams.

Develops forecasting and review process for the efficacy of our promotional activity, making recommendations for future testing and execution.

Analyzes promotional selling trends to create a thoughtful and profitable promotion plan with cross-functional partners.

Summarizes promotional strategy, including providing necessary updates in business sales meetings.

Supports seasonal initiatives with relevant supporting merchandising and promotional plans.

Embraces, leads, and promotes process improvement and change management- ability to identify and articulate opportunity to drive efficiency, and improve accuracy, resulting in development of best practices

Ensures pricing team is effectively and efficiently meeting role requirements, including accurately entering all applicable price adjustments, making sure registers and the website have functioning pricing, and accuracy throughout all cross-functional documents.

Gain a deep understanding of our customer to identify and generate new ideas that drive market share, sales growth, and an improved customer experience.

Supports merchandise strategies and corporate objectives by providing promotional reporting to drive insights and action.

Other Responsibilities:Facilitates execution of strategic initiatives, both individually and cross-functionally

Develops and fosters strong internal and external partnerships

Recruit, select, and develop talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

What We’re Looking For: 

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related fieldEquivalent work experience will be considered.

7+ years of experience in in pricing, promotion, or related roles within the apparel industry.

1+ years of experience in manager and supervisory roles

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.

Detail oriented with the ability to understand and present the big picture.

Proficiency in pricing optimization software and tools is a plus.

7+ years of experience years of experience.

1+ years of management experience  managing activities of a sub-department and is accountable for staffing decisions.

Compensation: $105,000 to $125,000/Year

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
