Overview:
The Talent Relations Senior Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing world-class HR experience to our leaders, managers, and co-workers. Bringing expertise in basic Employee Relations matters and complex HR system navigation, along with generalist knowledge across the HR domain, this role will serve as a trusted consultant, advisor, and HR navigator. Service will be provided through different channels including a contact center, case management via a Human Capital Management (HCM) portal, chat and even mail. Having a customer service mindset is key to success in this role. The incumbent will also need to collaborate with other functional teams including HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and HR Systems teams to execute various run-the-business activities. Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, demonstrated competency and general understanding of various areas of human resources such as employee relations, selection/recruiting, counseling, performance management, etc.
Required Education:High School diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Certifications: SCP-SHRM (Senior Certified Professional, Society Human Resource Management) is preferred.
