Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Serve as an Agronomist in our North Dakota and Northwester Minnesota territory.

Work with Legend staff and dealers on agronomy issues, complaints, and recommendations.

Develop an agronomy training platform to bring information to dealers and staff.

Responsible for product evaluation and new product advancements.

Support the Legend Account Managers in building and developing our dealers and growers.

Develop brand promotion of products through testing, signage, harvest, field days, etc.

Assist in developing an annual Crop Plan with Legend Account Managers.

Contribute timely agronomic and production information to dealers and customers to enhance Legends value.

Ensure that company assets are well cared for and properly maintained.

Ensure team performs job related tasks in a safe manner.
