POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

This position must ensure the operation of the infrastructure of the buildings, maintain the facilities, furniture and building service equipment in good condition, trying to make a comfortable work environment for users.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:  

1. Assist in the development of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance procedures in your area.
2. Execute preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance work on the equipment under their charge.
3. Repairs the specialty equipment under his charge, in case of not repairing it on site, he will give the appropriate follow-up until its repair.
4. Coordinate the visit of external suppliers for equipment maintenance, service guarantees and minor constructions.
5. Verify the correct operation of equipment or systems under his charge.
6. Will keep equipment operation logs, reports, routines, parameter measurements.
7. It will take note sheets in routine of electrical parameters, temperature, etc.
8. Make reports on the performance of the equipment and facilities under his charge.
9. Will control and register the consumables of the equipment and/or area under his charge.
10. Will generate work orders to keep the equipment in perfect condition.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

Calificaciones:
• Responsible for the operation and/or maintenance of air conditioning equipment, air extraction equipment.
• Responsible for the operation and/or maintenance of the drinking water system.
• Responsible for the operation and/or maintenance of the lighting and electrical energy system.
• Coordination and evaluation of external providers.
• Coordination of works or improvements and user requirements.
• Evaluate the quality and performance of the maintenance provider.
• Carry out the work to close the snow tickets in your area in a timely manner.
