The Ebbert Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Law Staff Attorney to join our team. With a commitment to providing exceptional legal services, we are dedicated to representing employees in various employment-related matters. As an Employment Law Staff Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, handle a diverse caseload, and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation and strategy development

Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, briefs, motions, and settlement agreements

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient communication and caseload management

Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding employment law matters

Conduct client interviews and prepare clients for depositions and hearings

Assist in developing and presenting training programs on employment law topics for clients and staff

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active membership in good standing with the state bar association

At least [X] years of experience practicing employment law

Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

Excellent legal research and writing skills

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong oral advocacy skills and experience in courtroom litigation

Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines

Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in using legal research tools and technology

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
