Overview:
This position provides analytical support to senior team members managing a portfolio of distressed and stressed corporate, real estate, and project finance assets, including debt and swap exposures. The main focus for this position is to maximize recoveries and minimize losses of the Banks's stressed and distressed loan and equity positions by providing analytical support and reporting on ways to restructure efforts that bridges an exit or turnaround. The exposures can be bi-lateral, participations in syndicated facilities or agent led transactions.

Responsibilities:
Business Support - Provides support to team leaders by assisting with the implementation and monitoring of restructuring strategies. May assist team leaders in negotiations of amendments, waivers, restructuring proposals, and credit documentation.

Asset Management - Gathers and analyzes financial statements and KPI reporting of Guarantors and stressed and distressed Borrowers. Assists with developing models and valuation models that support structure workout strategies. Processes portfolio reviews, credit action applications and upgrade/downgrade memos.

Regulatory Compliance - Performs due diligence to identify risks associated with credit actions.

Collaboration - Interfaces across multiple internal business units to ensure timely, efficient and compliant resolution of stressed and distressed portfolios.

 

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $77,175.00 to $(phone number removed) per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications:
