Overview:
The General Office Clerk-Scanner  will scan all necessary documents into scanner with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy which will include filing as assigned by management, Cashiering and additional projects assigned by management. 

 

Part or Full Time hours are available

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a position of similar responsibility, and knowledge of the Automotive Industry business office procedures.  He or she must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities:
Assist Office Manager with daily general office duties.

Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed.

Filing and scanning documents (running weekly reports to show scan progress)

Willing to cross train and learn basic accounting entries as needed

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1+ year experience Preferred in an Auto Dealership.

Must be extremely professional.

Must possess excellent organization skills.

Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Must have good work ethics including maintaining a neat work area.

Good attendance required.

CDK/ADP experience a PLUS
