We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team at ROADRESCUETEAM as a Tow Fleet Manager/Dispatcher. As a Tow Fleet Manager/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for overseeing our tow fleet operations and ensuring efficient dispatching of vehicles to provide timely assistance to our customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our tow fleet, including assigning drivers and dispatching vehicles.

Monitor and track the location of tow trucks and ensure they are dispatching to customer locations in a timely manner.

Communicate with customers and provide updates on estimated arrival times of tow trucks.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to tow services.

Maintain accurate records of all tow truck activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for tow fleet operations.

Manage driver schedules, performance, and training.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to tow truck operations.

Requirements

Prior experience as a tow truck dispatcher or fleet manager is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.

Knowledge of tow truck operations and familiarity with different types of tow trucks.

Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.

Understanding of relevant safety regulations and protocols.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.
