Lovelace Health System includes six hospitals, 51 health care clinics and seven outpatient therapy clinics, with 619 inpatient beds and employs a team of more than 3,400, including more than 263 health care providers.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the functionality, performance, and financial management of the centralized scheduling department.
Manage staff and ensure optimum performance and quality service is provided to achieve patient/customer satisfaction through daily operations.
Direct performance improvement activities for all services provided by the department and provide strategic direction on scheduling activities to support our outpatient physician offices.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Requirements:
Associates degree in related field
In lieu of degree, six (6) or more years of relevant experience may be substituted
Two (2) years of related experience in a healthcare environment
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
Preferred Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in related field
