We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center pharmacy team.
What You Can Expect
Lead and oversee all pharmacy operations at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring top-quality patient care
Manage team dynamics and professional growth, ensuring high-performance and job satisfaction
Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing pharmacy services and patient care
Employ cutting-edge technologies and systems to advance pharmaceutical care
Participate in system-wide committees to influence the strategic direction of pharmacy services
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
Valid Idaho Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain one prior to starting)
Two (2) years' experience MBA or Pharmacy Residency in lieu of two (2) years’ experience
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and manage a team
Demonstrated leadership skills
