 This incumbent’s responsibilities include: providing Patient Access management and staff expertise and support in content, delivery and scheduling of system, operational, and soft skills training, and project facilitation. A subject matter expert in Patient Access Meditect ADM or Epic training, Point of Service, Insurance verification and Medical Necessity training. Technical writer, trainer, and project facilitator.

Qualifications:
Required:

Three years in patient registration or access in a medical office or hospital

Desired:

One year training and/or project leader

High School Diploma or GED
