Overview:
Gallagher is seeking a VTC Manager with excellent communication skills to provide leadership and perform AV/VTC conference room equipment and services management nationally. Supports Audio Visual requirements by overseeing team of technicians who provide end-user support and maintenance for AV/VTC suites. Support creation and submission of timely reports, deliverables, and documentation. Analyze existing AV/VTC systems and define problems and maintain life cycle management of all AV/VTC equipment. Respond to customer support requests. Offer AV/VTC backup support for major VIP events. Oversee AV/VTC conference room inventory. Is central point of contact for all AV/VTC support, installs, and training and construction coordination as it pertains to AV/VTC builds, remodels and upgrades.

Responsibilities:
Administer Video Tele-Conferencing/collaboration Conference Services (Administration - OPS)

Oversee/manage Build-out, Programming and Configuration collaboration and management for all Conference room build outs, remodels and upgrades.

Manage, Escalate and track external AV support and hardware maintenance vendor for repairs and support

Hold periodic Vendor account and performance reviews

Maintain Branch AV/VTC equipment and configuration Inventory

Assist VTC Technicians when needed.

Manage, support and maintain all AV technology and virtual communications equipment across all Gallagher Branch offices and Corporate Headquarters. Ensure all Conference rooms are in good working order.

Assist/Manage M365/Teams/Exchange integration and testing of equipment, and perform test calls or dry runs when requested.

Manage third party AV/VTC support vendor on room and user support and or Equipment/hardware issues & repairs

Manage OLA/SLA for Field service request tickets and incidents related to all AV/VTC conferencing via Remedy ticketing system.

Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and end user training/usage documentation for VTC operations.

Provide training on new equipment for existing branches, new and remodeled facilities as required.

Provide AV support for on-site and off-site meetings and conferences

Ensure that all VIP calls are responded to immediately

Manage software, security, versions and end of support for all AV/VTC hardware and software

Qualifications:
Required:

Proficient in the use of a variety of unified communications & collaboration platforms that includes, but not limited to; WebEx, Blue Jeans, Jabber, Zoom, Cisco Telepresence and MS teams (VTC) systems.

Must be familiar with industry standards-based video-conferencing and other AV and collaboration technologies and must be proficient withMS Team VTC systems

2 to 6 (6 years if not degree) years of experience in managing VTC solutions, Third Party AV support vendors and Staffed AV technicians located remotely across the nation

Experience in AV/VTC & hands on VTC support & end user documentation

VTC implementing, and troubleshooting the following technologies and project activities:

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Must be willing to travel and work onsite at Branch offices located Nationally as needed/necessary New/remodel Conference room testing, configuration or training.

Maintain current training on the VTC equipment and provide customer training on new installations.

Assist in engineering, planning, implementation, and project installation.

Research and procure VTC equipment when directed/needed

Desired:

Understanding of basic networking. (highly preferred)

Familiarity with Remedy ticketing system

Experience with AppSpace room reservation/scheduling platform

Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
