RMC is hiring a Dection Engineer Analyst to support our customer in Quantico, VA. The selected applicant will perform a variety of activities including but not limited to

Support the production of detection use cases.

Utilize logs and alerts from host operating systems, network intrusion prevention systems, endpoint detection and response tools, anti-virus and host intrusion prevention systems, and other sources to create the ability to detect malicious or unauthorized activity on the network.

Applicant selected will develop and perform various IA tasks in accordance with government requirements in order to successfully support detection monitoring requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, engineering, or information assurance is required. Experience with IA tools such as eMass or ACAS preferred. 

This position will require DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II compliance. Selected candidate must hold a valid IAT Level II certification.

Security Clearance: An active Secret clearance is required. Applicant selected will be subject to security investigation(s) and must maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
