Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Project Manager with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and campaigns. Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, content, product marketing, and social, to execute marketing projects and campaigns effectively.

Act as a primary point of contact for project-related communications, cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Manage partnership and vendor onboarding, collaborating with internal procurement, finance, and legal teams for contracting and payment processes, adhering to organizational procedures.

Project Planning and Execution:

Monitor project progress against established milestones, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks to ensure timely delivery.

Implement effective risk mitigation strategies and develop contingency plans to safeguard project success.

Documentation and Reporting:

Oversee the development and management of all project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.

Prepare and deliver regular project status updates highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

Lead the review and approval process for project deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, standards, and quality expectations.

Create a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and efficiency within the project management workflow.

Team Collaboration and Support:

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting clear communication and alignment on project objectives and requirements.

Provide mentorship and support to team members, facilitating resolution of issues or challenges as they arise.

In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined above, this role may also involve performing various other duties as assigned by management. These additional tasks may arise to support departmental needs or to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. The successful candidate should be prepared to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks as necessary.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in marketing project management or related roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
