People Operations Support responsibilities include: Assisting with LMS data base maintenance, provide assistance with training as needed, audit preparation, personnel file creation and maintenance, scheduling new hires for orientation, completing post offer background checks, pre-employment screenings, tracking of new hire documents and following up with candidates, management of office supply inventory, record and distribute meeting minutes, provide support to all People Operations staff as needed and assigned.

Support training of new hires in new employee orientation

Manage special projects and assigned

Management of digital files

BENEFIT ELIGIBILITY AFTER 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT (1st day of the 1st pay period after 30 days)

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS)  serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and  approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION:  Bachelors degree – OR – one to two years experience in the HR field – OR – any similar combination of education and experience.

 

EXPERIENCE:  Reference Education.  Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position).  Strong organizational skills.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.  Valid driver's license must be maintained.
