ABOUT THE ROLE

Coat check staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service, cash handling, safe keeping of guest items, and ensuring coat check operations run smoothly.

ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide coat/bag check needs through excellent customer service

Setup and stock coat check area with hangers, tickets, registers, racks, and any other necessary tools for the smooth running of coat check service

Organize items with care, providing customers with appropriate ticket

Handle cash appropriately

Retrieve claims in timely fashion

Ensure the work area is clean at all times

Track items left behind, properly labeling and returning them to management

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Related experience in a customer service setting

Ability to work well as part of a team

Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented

Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, high-stress environments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds

Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time

Must be willing to work long shifts, including overnight shifts

Must be able to work in fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION

Hourly rate for this role is $16.
