Overview:
The Data Standards Analyst I position within the Implementation & Onboarding (I&O) team is responsible for coordinating product implementation tasks and the configuration and maintenance of the company's distribution partner and content provider master data. This involves analyzing, auditing, manipulating, and maintaining the integrity of the company’s enterprise master data including eGift templates in collaboration with other cross functional teams such as IT, finance, and marketing.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate a series of tasks for various types of product implementation by leveraging tools, resources and repeatable processes.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs).

Submit tickets as necessary for task execution outside of own control and track to completion.

Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and systems.

Keep informed of any changes or updates to the company’s systems or processes that may impact master data management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure clean and accurate master data across the organization.

Resolve data quality issues by performing regularly scheduled audits.

Create and maintain SOPs and best practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Leverage both internal and external resources to define, implement, and maintain digital eGift templates.

Liaise between external partners and engineering to create eGift template mockups to clarify requirements and test digital eGift template changes.

Partner with the broader I&O implementation team to identify efficiencies that should be incorporated into the on-boarding process.

Qualifications:
AA or bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent work experience.

Retail and/or payment processing industry experience a plus.

Experience working with data entry, data requirements, and project coordination.

Basic understanding of html or work experience with html editing.

Effective verbal and written communication skills – able to present information, status, and issues in English in a clear and concise manner.

Effective time management and organization skills with an aptitude toward creative problem solving.

Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively within a 'virtual' environment.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast changing environment.

Keen attention to detail with a knack for spotting problem areas.

Microsoft Office expertise, especially Excel.

Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe or other collaborative design tools.
