What is an HR Employee Relations Specialist you ask? The definition of employee relations refers to an organization’s efforts to create and maintain a positive relationship with its employees. By maintaining positive, constructive employee relations, organizations hope to keep employees loyal and more engaged in their work.

Job Duties

Daily filing, data entry, general office duties & admin duties.

Verifying paperwork & processing new hire files.

Support the Human Resources team as needed.

Instructing Orientation classes for all Phoenix family members new to the job.

Act as the primary contact for Phoenix Employees in Human Resources.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources or HR related experience in a management role required.

SHRM certification required

Level of Excellence in Customer Service.

Experience in Home Care/Home Health Care/Hospice preferred.

Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office & Windows Operating System).

Patient & Attentive Listener with a Positive & Outgoing Attitude.

Initiative-driven individual who looks for opportunities to make daily office tasks enjoyable.

Genuine Care for People: This position is responsible for many first impressions; we only get one first impression

Interacting with office and field staff.

Professional appearance is non-negotiable.
