Responsibilities:
Introduction

Are you passionate about sales and customer service in an industry that offers stability and growth? We have an exciting opportunity in our Lakewood Ranch Call Center Team

 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative specializing in Professional Liability. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls to support our sales efforts in this specialized insurance field.

 

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls from prospective clients interested in professional liability insurance.

Make outbound phone calls to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and provide information about our professional liability insurance products.

Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

Educate clients on the benefits and features of our professional liability insurance products.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and underwriting guidelines related to professional liability insurance.

Position Details:

This is an In-Office position (with potential for hybrid) which is located at 8430 Enterprise Cir, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202

Shift is 8am-5pm, Monday – Fridays – No weekends

This position offers competitive compensation and benefits package

Competitive commission payouts based on sales performance

Training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with our products and sales processes

Flexible working hours may be available based on business needs

Qualifications:
Required: Minimum high school diploma or 1-2 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

2-20 insurance license preferred, but candidate can obtain the license if the right fit for the role.
