Summary Statement:
We are looking for a self-motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive onboarding experience for all new team members. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in Human Resources, possess a high level of integrity, and can establish and maintain effective relationships and gain the confidence of our leaders.
Job Duties:
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
Conduct New Hire Processing for all new hires, maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies, and company guidelines.
Assist with collecting and maintaining all position required licenses.
Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Competencies: Includes but is not limited to:
Advance knowledge with I9 processing, gaming licensing and regulations.
Working knowledge of human resources laws, regulations, guidelines.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Preferred:
Bi-lingual with Spanish as a primary or secondary language.
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
One or more years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Nevada Gaming Registration.
