Ob im Seniorenheim oder in der Kantine: Dies ist unser Stellenangebot für Küchenleitungen (w/m/d), die wissen, was sie tun. In unserer Küche sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften.       

 

Planung und Umsetzung des Menüplans sowie Sicherstellung sämtlicher Abläufe innerhalb der Verpflegungsleistung

Herstellung der Speisen nach neuesten Kenntnissen der Ernährungswissenschaft

Sicherstellung sämtlicher Abläufe innerhalb der Verpflegungsleistung

fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeiter und Erstellung der Dienstpläne

eigenverantwortlicher Einkauf und Budgetverwaltung

Sicherstellung der Hygiene unter Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien

Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der internen Qualitätsstandards

Qualifikationen:
Das bringst Du für den Job als Küchenleitung (w/m/d) für Korian mit 

 

Du bist ein echtes Organisations-Ass und bewahrst immer den Überblick?  Hygiene ist für Dich in der Küche essentiell, Genuss ist immer Dein Ziel.    

Ausbildung zum Koch (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung

sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittelbeschaffung, -lagerung und -Verarbeitung

Sicherer Umgang MS Office sowie Warenwirtschaftssystemen

Zahlenaffinität

Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke

Wünschenswert sind Diätkenntnisse
