Description:
SPS Commerce is growing- We are searching for a Project Manager to join our Fashion and Sporting Goods team. As Project Manager, you will ensure project delivery and quality standards are met while leading internal teams and being the main point of contact for external customers. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to gain exposure to a variety of domestic and international retailers, from established brick and mortar brands to ecommerce fast fashion. Leverage your project management skills and power of influence to tackle complex, fast-moving and impactful projects.

 

This is a hybrid role based out of our MN office.

The Day-to-Day 

 

The Project Manager will manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce products and services from close of sale through handoff to customer support. You’ll act as a point of contact for the team and the customer and should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of projects/products being offered.

 

Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables

Demonstrate proficiency in service delivery while managing multiple projects

Monitor work-flow requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations

Act as information broker by directing communication to/from team and customers

Prioritize needs and effectively manage resources

Advocate for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying and communicating the compelling needs for change/improvement

 

 Education and Experience 

 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years of project management experience

Strong problem solving & analytic ability

Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask

Proven ability to handle multiple projects

Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills

Experience managing projects in a technology-based service organization preferred
