As a Customer Service Associate at Performance Optimal Health, you will be an integral part of our Client Success Team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience throughout their health and wellness journey. We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone

Assist clients with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and billing matters

Must have experience in insurance verification

Provide accurate information regarding our services, programs, and pricing

Coordinate with our healthcare professionals to ensure smooth client flow and exceptional service

Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution

Maintain records of client interactions, appointments, and payments

Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuous learning opportunities to provide the best possible service

Work closely with our Client Success Team

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Passion for health and wellness is a plus
