LOCATION: Atlanta- 1275 Peacthree Street (Hybrid)
SCHEDULE/HOURS: Flexible
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Co-develop the Youth Leadership Impact Toolkit through providing foundational research, analytical review of framework and content, gap analysis for BGCA resources, and project management of the resource.
Support the development of the Youth Social Justice Impact Toolkit
Work alongside the team creating the Keystone National Project Guide, including writing assigned portions.
Supporting the National Keystone Conference through providing a STEM session and supporting other work as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Review Programs team materials for alignment around current trends in DEI, including supporting youth from minority communities.
Participate in Youth Development weekly meetings.
May perform other duties as assigned.

No direct Reports.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Currently enrolled at an undergraduate 2 or 4 year college/university or equivalent work experience
Basic understanding and interest in Youth Development and Boys & Girls Clubs.
Interest and exposure to areas that overlap with YD’s work: DEI, trauma-informed care, and social justice work.
Demonstrated interest in developing research and writing skills, project management experience, and supporting youth across the country.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communications skills including proofreading, copy editing, writing, and oral communication skills
An ability to manage time appropriately
Demonstrated professionalism and maturity and a tolerance for rapid pace and shifting assignments and priorities
Flexibility, good judgement, attention to detail
An ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures as described in BGCA's Intern Policy, Ethics Policy and elsewhere.
ENVIRONMENTAL & WORKING CONDITIONS
Hybrid role. Normal office environment.
Approximately 2% travel
The individual selected for this position must be able to navigate areas of the country by using variety of means.
