Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with IT leadership during client calls to understand their needs and provide expert advice and support.

Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring clear documentation of progress and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

Track projects internally and coordinate efforts among various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.

Develop and conduct training sessions for clients to facilitate the effective use of our products and services.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for both clients and internal staff to support ongoing operations and training.

Understand basic database structures and software operations to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the IT or healthcare sector.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of databases and software operations.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
