This role will serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that systems and processes are developed and implemented in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather Business Requirements: Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. Document these requirements clearly for the programming team.
  • Liaise with Programmers: Work closely with the programming team to ensure that the business requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during development.
  • System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or enhancement. Make recommendations based on these analyses.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning and monitoring project progress. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct testing to ensure that the developed systems meet the business requirements. Validate the functionality and performance of the system before it is deployed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods.
