Overview:
Blackhawk Network is looking for an experienced Campaign Planner to oversee the company’s campaign and plans for its B2B brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, the Campaign Planner will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Blackhawk Network’s campaigns to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns for a range of areas within the business. The campaign manager’s duties will include working with Product/Digital/Social/Brand marketing, monitoring, and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns. The Campaign Planner must be able to develop, manage, execute, and optimize campaign plans for multiple brands across multiple platforms simultaneously.

Excellent time management skills are necessary, along with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple deliverables and aggressive deadlines. Responsibilities:
Design and implement a demand-generation focused campaign plan strategy with measurable goals and objectives

Be accountable for all campaign plan metrics and reporting on those metrics

Develop and manage a multi-brand campaign plan calendar

Oversee and maintain the organization’s campaign plan policy, and ensure internal compliance as needed

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, agency partners and other Blackhawk teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign plan performance

Oversee campaign plan and adherence to best practices

Stay up-to-date with technologies and trends in campaign plan, tools and applications and implement when appropriate

Qualifications:
2-4 years relevant work experience, with prior experience specifically in a Campaign Planner or Campaign Manager role required, and ideally proven experience creating demand for B2B products and services

Excellent copywriting and overall writing skills

Ability to develop basic creative content (text, image, and video)

Familiarity with design, organic social, and campaign plan’s role in a large digital ecosystem

Excellent communication, collaboration, and multi-tasking skills

Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

Knowledge of attribution tools, CRM, and comfortable reporting on data with insights on performance along with recommendations

Excellent time management skills and comfortable balancing internal meetings with approaching deadlines

An ability to work towards achieving organizational deadlines and KPI’s

Possessing experience reporting, analyzing data, and utilizing CRM systems

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment but also collaborating with both onsite and remote co-workers team spread across multiple geographic locations/time zones

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
