Responsibilities:
The RN is accountable for the care of patients in the office setting, assisting the providers, and facilitate a cohesive team. Focuses on safe effective patient and family centered care, customer satisfaction and quality outcomes. Responsible for assisting in maintaining a financially stable unit, promoting his/her own development with an emphasis on evidence based practice and education supported by a Practice Governance framework.

Duties include but not limited to: Working in the office setting greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, placing orders via LSS module, working up patients (vitals, review of systems), scheduling test with other departments, administering injections, phone triage, assisting with procedures performed in the office setting.

This position will require covering front office on occasion.

Must have excellent customer service skills, critical thinking, be able to prioritize and multitask while working at a fast pace.

Qualifications:
Required:

Active Indiana RN license

Must maintain American Heart Association BLS
