Patient Coordinator

Our office is an extension of our family, AKA "our home away from home". We are a family-oriented general practice and perform a variety of dental services from fillings to implants. We encourage professional growth and development by offering continuing education curricula for all staff. We have fun working together while taking excellent care of our patients. There is always laughter heard around the office, and great camaraderie. Dr. Davis makes us all feel truly valued and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
Answer phones
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
