Human Subjects Protection Associate

Assist with the regulatory evaluation of IRB research protocols by the Human Subjects Protection Program. Advise and educate the IRB as well as researchers regarding regulatory, legal, and other requirements of research protocols. Support contributions to research compliance efforts to assess and mitigate research compliance risks. Support various Research Institute initiatives.
Requirements:
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree OR significant/applicable college coursework that demonstrates competency or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience
At least two (2) years of related experience including IRB, medical research, or legal/regulatory experience
Required Credentials:
N/A
Preferred:
Two (2) or more years of related IRB experience.
Prior experience with and knowledge of ethical principles, federal regulations, and state law as it pertains to the ethical conduct of human subjects’ research and pediatric research.
Min to Max Hourly Salary:
$33.41 - $50.11 /hr
Min to Max Annual Salary:
$69,492.80 - $(phone number removed) /yr
Salary Information:
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
