Was Sie erwartet | Wir stellen den Menschen in den Mittelpunkt des technischen Workflows

Kommunizieren Sie mit unseren Account Managern, um sich mit Kunden zu treffen, Möglichkeiten für den Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu entdecken und bei der Entwicklung dieser spezifischen Chancen zu unterstützen. Diese Aktivitäten umfassen die Durchführung technischer Workshops und anderer Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört auch die direkte Interaktion mit technischen Führungskräften bevorzugter Lieferanten, um Produkte zu bewerten und Technologie-Roadmaps zu besprechen und zu gestalten.

Die Entwicklung und Pflege vordefinierter, wiederholbarer Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Verkaufsgeschwindigkeit, der ausgeführten Margen, der Nutzung bevorzugter Partner und der allgemeinen Kundenerfahrung liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung.

Schaffen Sie eine Umgebung, mit welcher Sie den Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen innerhalb des Teams und unter Kollegen sowie den Erfolg und die Innovation fördern.

Dienen Sie als technische Ressource der Stufe 4 (Tier 4) für wichtige Kundenmöglichkeiten, Projekte mit hohem Profil und Pilotprogramme.

 

 

Was Sie mitbringen | Wir suchen Mitarbeiter, die begeistern

Ihre einschlägigen, mehrjährigen Berufserfahrungen in der Audio/Video-Branche oder der Veranstaltungsbranche sprechen für sich, mehr als 5 Jahre Branchenverfahrung im AV Umfeld sind wünschenswert.

Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Teamkommunikation, Teamführung und in der effektiven Kommunikation zu Ansprechpartnern im Kundenumfeld mit.

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (in Wort und Schrift) sowie strukturelles Denken gehören zu Ihren Stärken.

Eine ITIL-Grundzertifizierung oder eine vergleichbare Branchenzertifizierung ist erforderlich.

Eine ITIL-Expertenzertifizierung oder eine vergleichbare Branchenzertifizierung ist wünschenswert.

Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind jeweils sehr gut.
