Overview:
We are currently looking for a Claims Technical Coordinator to work FULLY REMOTE who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative functions such as leading administrative projects, creating reports and spreadsheets, and maintaining office calendars.

- Coordinate file reviews and audits, coordiantes the logistics associated with new technology training and business processes for other clerical staff.

- Embrace challenges, possess excellent organizational skills, integrity, and thrives on getting the job done.

- Ability to form good working relationships with business users and technical staff from within the company and with clients.

 

Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Highly skilled in current business software such as Word and Excel
