Responsibilities

Strategize and lead the establishment and implementation of HR programs and processes to support a startup organization

Design and execute HR policies, protocols, and information systems while proactively documenting and maintaining compliance with laws, and regulations

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to build full life cycle on-boarding/off-boarding goals, KPIs, and processes

Manage payroll, benefits, compensation packages activities

Become an expert in each job’s expectations and ideal candidate

Support producing job descriptions, jobs listings, managing applications, offers, etc.

Schedule and conduct interviews while exercising best judgment to assess skills, knowledge, expectations, and culture fit

Become a leader of company culture, drive change, and urge diversity while developing strategies that push employee engagement, positive experiences, ultimately making CorDx a preferred employer

Gather, analyze, and present recommendations based on information related to the recruitment progress, labor market, compensation trends, and new HR policies

Lead management and related teams to understand the organizations’ talent position, identify gaps, and build short and long-term HR strategies/initiatives

Strategize end of year processes, including compensation planning, talent calibration, performance reviews and lead respective reporting and data collection.

Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company

Requirements

3+ years of full lifecycle HR managerial experience (high volume is preferred)

Bilingual (Spanish is highly preferred)

Data-backed track record of success in HR management

Expertise of HR processes and best practices with respect to hiring, onboarding, and record keeping per federal/state law

Expertise in payroll processing and related workflows and platforms

Familiarity of warehouse management or production/manufacturing environments

Flexibility with language barriers at all levels
