firstPRO 360 is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our client in Lawrenceville, GA. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and policy implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Address employee grievances and provide counseling and support as needed.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluation and goal setting.
  • Identify training and development needs and facilitate employee growth and career development opportunities.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
