Use Your Strengths at Wellmark as our Strategic Sales Channel Consultant

About the Role: As a Strategic Sales Channel Consultant you will lead analysis for Wellmark distribution channels and provide consultation to sales leadership on opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the channels. You will consult with and support product and agile teams to define how value is being measured and if outcomes are being achieved. In addition, you will manage the sales incentive process including design, performance goals, metrics, and communication. You will be seen as a subject matter expert in Wellmark’s sales channels and provide consultation and reporting to sales leadership as needed. 

About You: You are passionate about data and what the data can do for a business. This includes being an effective consultant, being seen as a trusted resource and subject matter expert, by taking large amounts of information and distilling it into a “story” with actionable results for stakeholders, ultimately driving improvement in sales and distribution strategy. You are assertive, never waiting to be asked, but take the initiative to seek out resources and information that will lead to success in your role.
