Working in true collaboration with Enterprise level US clients, we’re building out a dedicated Client Service Consulting team, which means we need amazing people. One of those people is a US Enterprise Communication Consultant.

 

Our Client Service Team Consultants are responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of communication solutions to our clients and maintain the overall accountability of a variety of work stream projects. They maintain business relationships with clients to maximize growth, retention and business value. In essence, they are the face and quarterback of daily client work. Consultants must be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment, committed to deadlines and agile to change. This role requires high collaboration with members of the Client Service, Creative and Digital Team to deliver amazing experiences for audiences and measurable results for our client. Every day they work to develop world-class solutions that are on-brief, on-brand, on-time, and with maximum strategic and creative impact.

 

Through working closely with the Senior Consultants and project teams, they must be able to collaboratively maintain and develop a portfolio of clients by providing high quality consultative advice, recognize and suggest future opportunities, implement strong project management and deliver world class project implementation. They will also help and support the development of other members of the team.

Responsibilities:
A hands-on account manager with a passion for your communication and a natural ability to organize and manage a project. This role requires high administrative and organizational skills to ensure all timelines, bookings and project timelines are kept on track. This role will mainly be supporting one client account, although will also support other smaller accounts.

 

 Client Delivery:

Accountable for the day-to-day quality, timeliness and overall standard of all project work produced for assigned clients.

Ownership and coordination of client projects, including managing all bookings for creative design and digital teams.

Manage projects in line with our processes, to ensure quality and efficiency.

Financial management – estimating and budget management.

Tactical consulting and problem solving.

Attend client meetings, conference calls and manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned clients.

Responsible for creating agenda, taking meeting notes during internal/client meeting and sending out client project status tracker.

Maintain relationships with our suppliers – print management, estimates, POs, spot-checks.

Must be comfortable with learning digital platforms for website updates, analytics reporting and handling client data.

 

Relationships:

Build strong relationships that enable day-to-day account, project and stakeholder management and, ultimately, successful and effective project implementation. Daily engagement with creative, copywriting, digital and strategy teams.

Provide a professional, high quality service to all clients, colleagues and other third parties.

Proactively manage all stakeholder expectations (internal and external), always aiming to exceed those expectations where possible.

Mitigate project conflicts by proactively seeking outcomes that are acceptable to all stakeholders.

Build strong, collaborative and respectful relationships with our suppliers.

 

Administration:

Weekly completion and distribution of client status reports during live projects.

Ensure all jobs have a statement of work approved by internal stakeholders and the client.

Accurately record all chargeable and non-chargeable time.

Case study creation.

Liaise with suppliers to chase invoices for the monthly invoicing process, where required.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent.

Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills.

Technical Knowledge

Competent technical specialist in employee benefits and internal communications.

Experience

Creative agency, marketing, retirement, consultancy or HR communication experience required.

3+ years project management/adiministtative experience required.

Supplier and stakeholder management required.

Skills/other

No egos. We want open, honest, optimistic and collaborative.

Service orientated: outstanding customer service, ability to translate client needs, demonstrates commerciality in their actions, management of expectations, developing and maintaining strong relationships.

Excellent organisation skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Core consulting skills in communication and project implementation, including proactivity, questioning, listening and taking a collaborative/partnership approach with clients (not order-taking).

Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and develop workable solutions.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including ability to produce high standards of documentation.

Confidence to challenge and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders when required.

Able to deal with change in a positive way.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills.

Creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing.

Experience of proofreading.

Basic presentation preparation and delivery.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
