Overview:
The 4Kids4Families Trainer will perform complex training work involving planning, designing, organizing, conducting, and evaluating training programs directed towards Case Managers. Emphasis on professional development, continuous learning, legislatively mandated and certification training; ensuring CLOE training standards are met. The position analyzes training needs, develops, and prepares training materials, coordinates, and conducts training sessions and promotes the use of training services, methods, and techniques.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Conducts classroom, distance, or blended training sessions using effective classroom management techniques and various technologies. This includes basic skills development, ongoing skill development and technology classes.

Coordinates training services and preparing schedules, logistics for training programs and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders that are involved in either participating or delivering training.

Comply with CLOE standards and assign required courses to Case Managers as needed.

Completes post-classroom activities that include evaluating training effectiveness and trainees’ knowledge and skill development, trainees’ readiness, and ability to apply knowledge and skills in work setting, trainees’ performance in training and record of participation.

Participates in evaluating training plans and in solving training problems regarding effectiveness of plans when applicable. Responsible for completing records of participation.

Provides, collects, and analyzes data and creates reports that evaluate and assess training effectiveness.

Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.

May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field required, with at least 2 years of recent (within past 5 years) experience as a worker or manager in CPS/CPI Programs or 2 years of experience as a CLOE trainer with 2 years field experience. Experience designing or delivering classroom and distance learning training preferred. Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
