* 10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience
* Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI applications in enterprise environments
* Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
* Experience with one or more agentic AI frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex
* Strong proficiency in Python
* Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
* Experience developing modern front-end applications using React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue
* Experience building APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or Express
* Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or pgvector
* Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise data sources
* Demonstrated experience building and scaling solutions from prototype through production
* Experience working directly with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership
* Ability to travel as required for client engagements

* Solutions Architect experience
* AI Platform Engineer experience
* Technical consulting or customer-facing delivery experience
* Multi-agent system design and implementation
* LLM orchestration and AI workflow automation
* MLOps, LLMOps, and production AI deployments
* Enterprise modernization and cloud transformation experience
* Experience leading technical architecture decisions
* Experience mentoring engineers and leading project delivery teams
