Associate Director, Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic AI Lab)
What We Are Looking For
Seeking a senior Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer to build, deploy, and scale production AI applications for enterprise clients. This individual will work directly with customers to design and implement AI-powered solutions using agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and modern cloud-native technologies.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience
Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI applications in enterprise environments
Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
Experience with one or more agentic AI frameworks, including Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, Auto Gen, Semantic Kernel, or Llama Index
Strong proficiency in Python
Proficiency in Type Script or Java Script
Experience developing modern front-end applications using React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue
Experience building APIs and microservices using Fast API, Flask, Node.js, or Express
Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or pgvector
Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise data sources
Demonstrated experience building and scaling solutions from prototype through production
Experience working directly with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership
Ability to travel as required for client engagements
U. S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) experience
Solutions Architect experience
AI Platform Engineer experience
Technical consulting or customer-facing delivery experience
Multi-agent system design and implementation
LLM orchestration and AI workflow automation
MLOps, LLMOps, and production AI deployments
Enterprise modernization and cloud transformation experience
Experience leading technical architecture decisions
Experience mentoring engineers and leading project delivery teams
