Miami, FL Type: Full-Time | Onsite No Experience Required | Training Provided Enjoy meeting new people and working toward goals? Build practical sales experience with The Bizarre Agency. We’re hiring motivated Event Sales Representatives to support face-to-face campaigns for our nonprofit partners at pop-up events throughout the Miami area. You’ll speak directly with the public, explain each campaign’s mission, and encourage supporter sign-ups. This is an active, customer-facing role with performance goals, hands-on training, and opportunities to develop your communication and leadership skills. What You’ll Do Start conversations with members of the public at pop-up events Explain nonprofit campaigns clearly and encourage supporter sign-ups Work toward individual and team campaign goals Help set up booths, signage, and promotional materials Share customer feedback and results with your team leader Participate in daily briefings, training, and coaching Work alongside your team to improve your outreach approach You Could Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy approaching new people and starting conversations Are interested in sales, events, and customer engagement Feel motivated by goals and measurable progress Are willing to learn, practise, and apply feedback Bring a dependable, professional approach to work Enjoy an active workday with regular public interaction Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, and fundraising.
