• Oversee joint venture and FERC financial reporting for a midstream energy company.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Manage severance tax reporting and related accounting processes.
• Resolve complex accounting issues and support accurate financial disclosures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather data, align assumptions, and maintain reporting integrity.
• Supervise and review work produced by team members.
• Review and validate government filings and ensure they are complete and accurate. Qualifications & Skills
• Strong knowledge of FERC and joint venture financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
• Experience with severance tax reporting and supporting documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving accounting and reporting issues.
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills.
• Leadership and attention to detail in supervising and reviewing team output.
