OVERVIEW
- Provide clerical support to a smaller department or group of individuals or work with other clerical staff to support a work area or division.
- Provide support to one or two department managers and their staff.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties per customer needs; could include answering phones, preparing documents, coordinating scheduling and other various administrative duties.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide administrative support to management: meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, report preparation, tracking department budgets and meeting planning/preparation.
- Handle all routine mail or inquiries and set priorities to projects assigned.
- Keep an accurate calendar of appointments, meetings, and due dates for executives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.
- Excellent office and communication skills.
