Ensure vendor compliance with W-9 and 1099 requirements. Review payment data for accuracy. Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment issues. The Accounts Payable Specialist maintains detailed records of disbursements. Provide support for reconciliations and reporting. Ensure deadlines are met consistently. Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications: Direct Accounts Payable experience (payments, vendor management, reconciliations). Knowledge of W-9 and 1099 processes preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
