Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Our client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to support their growing accounting team. This is a corporate-level leadership opportunity with a company that's expanding and investing in its finance function. You'll have exposure to high-level reporting, systems initiatives, and technical accounting across multiple entities. Flexible work schedule Stable company with consistent growth Strong leadership and collaborative team High-impact, visible role with room to add value What you will do as an Accounting Manager: Drive the monthly and year-end close across multiple entities Prepare consolidated GAAP financial statements Review P&L reports and lead management-level financial reviews Partner with auditors and support year-end audit prep Work with a shared services model, including offshore teams Support technical accounting and contract review Assist with system integration projects and process improvements Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager: 6+ years of accounting experience, including leadership or review-level responsibilities CPA or strong public/private background preferred Experience in shared services and multi-entity close environments Strong ERP and reporting systems experience Hands-on technical accounting knowledge Confident communicator who takes initiative and leads projects
