As a Entry-Level Account Manager, you'll collaborate with senior management to guide multiple sales teams while learning crucial business and leadership skills during the process. Inspire and coach sales teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Resolve and follow up on customer concerns to foster long-term relationships. Analyze performance and implement improvements to achieve sales targets at both individual and territory levels. Maintain operational efficiency through staffing, financial and sales reports, inventory and sales transaction audits, and policy implementation. Communicate effectively with District Managers, Territory Managers, and HR to develop hiring and retention plans. Represent Verizon at community events, networking functions, and trade shows. Engage in continuous training to progress towards managing your own territory.
