A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Forklift Operator in Franklin Township, NJ. The Forklift Operator would be working for a major company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. If you are interested in this Forklift Operator position, please contact Mitch at mtrubitt@alinestaffing.com Forklift Operator Compensation The pay for this position is $21 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Forklift Operator Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is M-F 2pm to 10:30pm Forklift Operator Responsibilities ·        Bring completed batch to shipping area using forklift as required. ·        Works from system to generate labels for batch and labels all shipping containers prior to filling. ·        Stages empty packing containers and sets up pumps and hoses. ·        Places shipping containers on scale and fills according to the order requirements using a variety of methods according to batch size. ·        Installs bung or flex spout on filled container using appropriate tool and cleans exterior of container. ·        Places filled container on pallet to be moved to shipping area when order is complete. ·        Maintains clean and safe work area and adheres to safety regulations and procedures understanding the hazards of handling the various chemicals   Forklift Operator Requirements 2+ years of Forklift operating experience 2+ years of Warehouse or related experience High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Strong Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and web-based programs Effective orally and in writing communication, experience with motivational interviewing preferably Forklift Operator Preferred Qualifications 3+ years as an Forklift Operator within a medical/life sciences manufacturing environment If you think this Forklift Operator position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting
