Forklift Operator Handled daily forklift operations including loading/unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and supporting warehouse operations in a high-volume environment. Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans Holiday Pay Teladoc (online care) Referral Bonus Incentive Weekly Pay 401k And More Forklift Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Forklift drivers will be responsible for moving around product and setting up the warehouse Forklift Operator Qualifications: Must have driven a forklift within the past 12 months. Proven experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA standards Ability to safely load, unload, move, and stack materials Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment Basic inventory handling and material tracking skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed.
