If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to tackle challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests. Gain hands-on experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns. Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Proven ability to diagnose and verify repairs on most vehicles. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Capability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Aim to meet or exceed hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Ability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Willingness to walk or stand for the majority of the workday. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Proficiency in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
