Your Role Are you an energetic technician with a knack for problem-solving? If so, we want you on our team As a Master Automotive Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring our guests receive the best service possible. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles, providing top-notch service to our valued guests. Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Meet or exceed hourly performance goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
